It finally happened

I broke down and finally bought a laptop. Yep, I can be mobile now. Mostly I just want to play The Sims at work...I get bored. I didn't even pay attention to what I was buying but I got almost exactly what I wanted. Everything but Windows XP...sorry, Vista just sucks. I've named my laptop Alex. ((don't laugh, I have a GPS named Nancy)) I've been in the mood to name things lately.

On a sad note, my last living grandparent past away Thursday. Do me a favor and click on the MyMiniCity link...My grandparents all lived in a city named Tioga.

Also, the septic system in my house was somehow blocked. It's taken two weeks to find and fix it. My sister has finally cleared then...um...waste out of our basement.

I'm glad this week is finally over....way too many stress factors.
